Job summary

ASG Home Care in New Jersey is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to assist individuals with developmental disabilities in their homes and communities across New Jersey. You will provide one-on-one support, helping clients with daily living, transportation, and ISP-guided goals.

We offer flexible hours with $18–$24 per hour, local cases near your home, and a supportive management team focused on onboarding and growth within a DDD-focused agency.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
• Prior caregiving, DSP, or human services experience preferred but not required.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
• Compassionate and dependable with a desire to make a difference.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized home and community-based support to individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Assist with daily living activities including personal care, meal preparation, and transportation.
• Encourage independence and community participation aligned with each client's ISP.
• Document services accurately and communicate with the care team.
• Build meaningful, consistent relationships with the individuals you support.
