Job summary

Help at Home is looking for compassionate Direct Support Professionals (DSP) in Youngstown, Ohio. You will support individuals with intellectual disabilities in their homes, helping them live independently.

This role starts at $18 per hour with flexible schedules. A $1,000 sign-on bonus is available upon eligibility. Ideal candidates are at least 21 years old, have a high school diploma, and are compassionate and reliable.

Qualifications

• Successful background check and required training.
• At least 21 years old.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support to individuals with developmental disabilities.
