Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (or state-approved training program).
• Successful background check and required in-service trainings.
• At least 18 years old; valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support to individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities both at home and in the community.
• Assist with daily living skills such as cooking, cleaning, personal care, and transportation.
• Encourage participation in social and community activities and support goal achievement.
• Document care, activities and progress accurately and communicate with team members.
