Champaign Residential Services in Miami County is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to work in a home setting, helping individuals with developmental disabilities. The role includes non-traditional hours, primarily 2nd and 3rd shifts, with paid training and a $18.00 hourly rate along with sign-on and referral bonuses.

DSPs will support residents with daily activities, participate in outings like shopping or recreation, and use mentoring to foster self-reliance and independence.
