Help at Home is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to provide one-on-one support to individuals with developmental disabilities in their homes and communities. You will help with daily living tasks, transportation, and participation in activities, enabling independence.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Successful background check and required training.
• At least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation with proof of insurance.
• Ability to work safely and respectfully in clients’ homes and communities.
• Compassion, reliability, and a desire to make a positive impact.

Responsabilidades

• Provide one‑on‑one support to individuals with developmental disabilities at home and in the community.
• Assist with daily living skills (cooking, cleaning, personal care, transportation).
• Encourage participation in social and community activities.
• Help individuals achieve personal goals and celebrate progress.
• Promote choice, independence, and self‑advocacy.
• Document care, activities, and progress; communicate with the team.
