Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of in-home care experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Follow a care plan and report completed tasks.
• Observe and report changes in the member’s condition.
• Assist with self-administration of medications (no dosing).
• Transport member to appointments and run errands.
• Assist with personal care and daily living tasks.
• Support light household chores and meal prep.
