Addus HomeCare is seeking an entry-level Direct Support Professional to help seniors and people with disabilities live independently. You’ll follow care plans, assist with personal care, and support daily living activities in the member’s home.

This role offers flexible hours and the chance to grow with a national leader in home care. Earn up to $15.68 per hour with daily and weekly pay options, travel reimbursement, and direct deposit.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One year of in-home care experience preferred.
• Able to pass a criminal background check.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and insurance.

Responsabilités

• Follow a care plan for the member and report on completed tasks.
• Assist people with personal care (bathing, dressing, etc.).
• Support routine house cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.
• Transport members to appointments, daily errands, and other locations as necessary.
• Assist member with the self-administration of medications (no administering or measuring).
• Observe and report any changes in member's condition.
