Job summary

ASG Home Care in New Jersey is actively hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with developmental disabilities in their homes and communities across New Jersey. DSPs provide hands-on support to promote independence, daily living skills, and community participation, following each client's ISP.

Qualifications

Must be 18 years or older.
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
Compassionate, dependable, and motivated to make a difference.

Responsibilities

Provide individualized home and community-based support to individuals with developmental disabilities.
Assist with daily living activities including personal care, meal preparation, and transportation.
Encourage independence and community participation aligned with each client's ISP.
Document services accurately and communicate with the care team.
Build meaningful, consistent relationships with the individuals you support.
