Job summary

ASG Home Care is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to help individuals with developmental disabilities in home and community settings across New Jersey. You will work one-on-one to promote independence and daily living skills under each client's ISP.

The role offers flexible hours, local cases, and a supportive team committed to quality, compassionate care in a DDD-focused agency.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
• Compassionate, dependable, and motivated to make a difference.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized home and community-based support to individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Assist with daily living activities including personal care, meal preparation, and transportation.
• Encourage independence and community participation aligned with each client's ISP.
• Document services accurately and communicate with the care team.
• Build meaningful, consistent relationships with the individuals you support.
