Job summary

ASG Home Care in New Jersey is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide one-to-one, home- and community-based support under each client’s ISP, promoting independence and daily living success.

The role offers flexible hours across New Jersey, consistent cases near your area, CPR/First Aid encouraged, and opportunities to grow within a DDD-focused agency; pay ranges from $18 to $24 per hour based on experience and case assignment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized home and community-based support to individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Assist with daily living activities including personal care, meal preparation, and transportation.
• Encourage independence and community participation aligned with each client's ISP.
• Document services accurately and communicate with the care team.
• Build meaningful, consistent relationships with the individuals you support.
