Job summary

Access Services is seeking caring, patient Direct Support Professionals to support individuals in Harleysville, Hatfield, Lansdale, North Wales, and Telford areas. Shift options range from 9AM to 8PM on weekdays and roles include both Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities.

Paid training is provided; no experience is required. You will assist adults with developmental disabilities, provide personal care, and support daily living activities in homes and community settings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• One year of direct care experience preferred.
• Willingness to provide personal care and daily living support.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with developmental disabilities in home or community settings.
• Follow individual plans of care and use approved interventions.
• Maintain case notes and participate in supervision and training.
• Engage in community activities and support daily living skills.
