• MAP Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and individualized supports to adults with IDD
• Promote independence, community engagement, and meaningful life experiences
• Assist with daily living activities, personal care and medication administration
• Support medical appointments and health-related needs
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure a safe, supportive home environment
