Northeast Arc is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) for Thaxton House in Beverly, MA. This role supports adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a residential setting and requires evening shifts as part of a full-time schedule.

Compensation ranges from $24.50–$25.50 per hour, based on experience and certifications (CPR/FA/MAP). The position emphasizes building connections, promoting independence, and meaningful community involvement.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• MAP Certification required.
• FA/CPR certification preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for long periods, bend, push wheelchairs, and provide physical intervention as needed.

Northeast Arc is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Professional (DSP) to join our residential team at Thaxton House in Beverly, MA.

Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM and Saturday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Full-Time | 40 Hours per Week

Thaxton House is home to a vibrant group of young adults with Prader-Willi Syndrome (PWS) who thrive on structure, community involvement, and meaningful relationships. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building connections, supporting independence, and helping individuals achieve their personal goals.

Compensation: $24.50 - $25.50 per hour
(Based on experience and certifications -CPR/FA/MAP)
