Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and individualized supports to adults with IDD

Northeast Arc is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Professional (DSP) to join our residential team at Thaxton House in Beverly, MA.

Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM and Saturday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Full-Time | 40 Hours per Week

Thaxton House is home to a vibrant group of young adults with Prader‑Willi Syndrome (PWS) who thrive on structure, community involvement, and meaningful relationships. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building connections, supporting independence, and helping individuals achieve their personal goals.

Compensation: $24.50 - $25.50 per hour
(Based on experience and certifications -CPR/FA/MAP)
