Job summary

Responsibilities

• Support clients in day services, observing and instructing per client needs.
• Assist with accessibility and transportation to organization facilities.
• Maintain client records, attendance, and progress notes.
• Coordinate with Day Services Manager to ensure safety and positive client outcomes.
• Provide coaching to help clients develop life skills and readiness for employment.
