Job summary

You will foster a safe, normalized, and therapeutic home environment built on encouragement, positive interaction, and respect for resident rights.

Qualifications

• Must have completed probationary period as required by the employer.
• Must have a clean record with no disciplinary actions in the past 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily personal tasks, including bathing, dressing, and self-care skills.
• Implement behavioral plans and encourage resident engagement in the community.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming home environment with housekeeping tasks.
• Prepare nutritious meals tailored to dietary needs.
• Plan client appointments, organize schedules, and coordinate transportation.
• Document daily notes and services per the Code of Ethics and values.
