Job summary

Community Services for Every1 is hiring Direct Support Professionals to provide person-centered support in residential settings across Western New York. DSPs empower individuals with developmental disabilities, helping them achieve independence and social participation.

Roles include transport, documentation, medication assistance, and daily living support. Positions available include full-time, part-time, and per diem; travel up to 25% is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong reading and writing skills for documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under deadlines.
• Knowledge of developmental disabilities.
• Travel up to 25% may be required.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to NADSP code of ethics and supports person-centered planning.
• Promotes problem-solving skills and independence.
• Maintains accurate documentation in Therap within required timeframes.
• Provides transportation and community navigation support as needed.
• Administers medications and coordinates with pharmacy/doctors.
• Maintains safe, clean, and orderly living environments.
