Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Six months to two years related experience preferred but not required.
• Current driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide dignified, person-centered care and support per IP and agency policies.
• Ensure health, safety, and confidentiality of individuals.
• Facilitate skill-building and sensory activities to foster growth.
• Build rapport and promote community inclusion and independence.
• Safely transport participants to programs, homes, and activities.
• Maintain accurate progress records using electronic systems.
• Collaborate with colleagues and respect diversity.
