Job summary

Continuum of Care in Plantsville, Connecticut, is looking for a Direct Support Professional to provide a variety of services to individuals with Intellectual Disabilities. Qualifications

• Valid Connecticut Driver’s license with clean driving record required.
• Experience in a related human service field preferred.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and overnights as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support for activities of daily living.
• Assist with accessing community resources through transportation.
• Track and report daily data related to individuals' care.
