About this Position:
Join our team at UCP's Adult Day Program in Old Saybrook, CT where we provide a safe, person-centered environment for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). This full-time, first-shift position Monday–Friday, 8:45am–4:30pm.focuses on community engagement, skill-building, and supporting participants with complex physical, cognitive, and medical needs—including hands-on assistance with hygiene, toileting, and meals.
