Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Degree or GED.
• Must be 21+ years old, have a valid driver’s license, daily use of a car on site (preferred but not required) and be available by telephone for daily contact.

Responsibilities

• Monitor individuals for health and safety.
• Safely evacuate individuals from residence in the event of fire or disaster.
• Physically assist individuals in transfers and activities of daily living as needed.
• Educate and assist individuals with meal preparation and shopping.
• Maintain daily records and documentation.
