The position offers paid training, a sign-on bonus, and a new pay rate. Flexible shift coverage includes weekends and evenings, with part-time scheduling and a 40-hour work week expectation.

Responsibilities

• Assist with household tasks, meal prep, shopping, appointments, and community participation.
• Follow Behavior Support Plans and Individual Support Plans and goals.
• Administer medications and follow medical guidelines as required.
