Job summary

Aspire Living & Learning seeks a Direct Support Professional to provide compassionate, person-centered support to individuals with developmental disabilities in a residential setting. You will help with daily activities, household tasks, meals, and engaging in learning and recreational activities.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license with at least three years of driving, strong communication, empathy, and a willingness to collaborate with a dedicated team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver’s license with at least 3 years driving experience.
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred.
• Basic computer skills; Therap software experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to individuals with developmental disabilities in a residential setting.
• Assist with daily activities, including chores, meals, recreation, and learning activities.
• Support program planning and implementation through input on individual needs.
