Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Strong communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist participants with personal hygiene and daily living tasks.
• Support participants who have behavioral challenges and other complex needs.
• Demonstrate compassion, patience, and reliability in delivering care.
• Help participants participate in the community and pursue personal goals.
