Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Strong communication, adaptability, and time-management skills.
• Patient, compassionate, and reliable with a sense of responsibility.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle with insurance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with personal hygiene and daily living activities.
• Support participants in achieving developmental goals and participating in community activities.
• Build meaningful relationships and provide compassionate, patient care.
• Collaborate with supervisors and care teams to ensure participant wellbeing.
• Follow program guidelines and safety protocols at all times.
