The Arc of LaGrange County is seeking a Direct Support Professional Caregiver to provide in-person support in group homes or residential settings. You will help individuals live their best lives and participate in community activities.

Typical duties include assisting with daily living, coordinating outings, and supporting individuals on outings to places like fishing spots, restaurants, zoos, and events. Flexible schedules available.

Qualifications

• HS or GED required.
• Clean driving record.
• Able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct support in group homes or residential settings.
• Assist individuals in daily living activities and community involvement.
• Help clients enjoy activities and outings such as fishing, dining out, zoo visits, church, shopping and events.
