• At least 1 year of experience in customer service, education, medical or human services.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Reliable vehicle with valid driver's license and insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assist adults with daily living skills in residential/group home settings.
• Support independence and self-esteem; teach daily living activities.
• Follow nursing plans including medications and diets with nursing team.
• Document activities and outcomes within deadlines.
• Assist with transportation to activities and appointments.
