Qualifications

• Experience in Direct Support or related field.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with daily routines to support independence and well‑being.
• Build meaningful connections and provide companionship with patience and empathy.
• Support house guests in organizing daily activities and ensuring a joyful, safe experience.
• Light housekeeping, cooking, skill-building, and medication administration as part of duties.
