Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience in direct support, caregiving, or human services preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
• Ability to pass background checks and required clearances in PA.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support to individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities in daily living activities.
• Assist clients with personal hygiene, meal preparation, and household tasks.
• Implement individualized support plans (ISPs) and document progress accurately.
• Transport and accompany clients to appointments, community outings, and activities.
• Promote independence, dignity, and community inclusion for all individuals served.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, family members, and care team members.
• Respond appropriately to behavioral support needs and crisis situations.
