Job summary

Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, supporting social engagement, administering medications if certified, and maintaining accurate progress notes while implementing personalized care plans in a safe setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous caregiving/healthcare or Direct Support professional experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation if required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with daily living activities (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Support clients in community integration and social activities.
• Administer medication (if certified).
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes.
• Implement individualized care plans and ensure a safe environment.
