Lirio Resources in Highland, IN is seeking a Direct Support Professional to help individuals with disabilities live more independently and achieve their goals. You will provide companionship, assist with daily living tasks, and support community engagement in a caring, respectful environment.

This role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays. No prior experience is required; we value strong references, reliability, and a heart for service.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must pass background checks.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, a working vehicle, personal vehicle insurance, and acceptable driving record.
• Must be willing to work non-traditional hours (as required) to meet individual needs (evenings, weekends, and holidays).
• Excellent work and personal references required.
• No experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide companionship and support with daily living activities.
• Assist with community engagement and socialization.
• Support life skills development and routine tasks.
• Attend medical appointments and manage basic documentation.
• Administer medications as directed and ensure safety.
• Support nutrition, shopping, and cooking for individuals.
