Job summary

Starting wage $16.50 per hour with paid training and benefits including health, dental, vision, life insurance, and a 403(b) with company match. Valid driver's license, HS diploma or GED, and ability to work independently and as part of a team are needed.

Responsibilities

• Support adults with developmental disabilities in residential settings
• Assist with life skills and daily routines
• Help individuals participate in community activities and events
• Provide transportation to appointments and outings
• Administer medications after certification training
• Promote health, safety, dignity, and choice
• Complete required documentation accurately
• Build positive relationships with individuals served
