Job summary

Siffrin is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to help individuals with developmental disabilities at home and in the community. You’ll assist with daily routines, personal care, transportation, and documentation, while supporting safe medication administration as trained.

Starting rate is $16.50 per hour with paid training, PTO, health/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, and a 403(b) with a 4% match. You’ll join a compassionate team serving Mahoning County.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to successfully complete training requirements.
• Desire to make a positive difference in the lives of others.

Responsibilities

• Assisting individuals with personal goals and daily routines.
• Supporting personal care and household responsibilities.
• Encouraging community engagement and social participation.
• Providing safe transportation.
• Monitoring health and wellness needs.
• Administering medications following training requirements.
• Completing documentation and service records.
• Serving as a positive advocate and role model.
