Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Current CPR and First Aid Certification required.
• Willingness to complete required training and Core Competencies.
• Ability to read, write, understand directions and maintain confidentiality.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized support based on each person's goals and needs.
• Help individuals develop daily living and independent living skills.
• Support participation in community activities and employment goals.
• Maintain accurate daily documentation and comply with policies.
