Community Interface Services is seeking compassionate, motivated Direct Support Professionals to support adults with I/DD in pursuing personal goals, gaining independence, and engaging with their communities.

This on-site role offers a starting pay of $23–$25 per hour, with potential $1/hour increases after performance and development milestones. Comprehensive benefits, training, and advancement opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid California driver's license.
• Minimum of 2 years of driving experience.
• Reliable vehicle in safe working condition.
• Current vehicle insurance.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with individuals to help them achieve their goals.
• Develop workplace and employment skills.
• Assist with independent living and life skills development.
• Facilitate participation in social, recreational, and community activities.
