Dungarvin is hiring a Direct Support Professional (DSP) in Indiana to provide compassionate, person-centered care to individuals with diverse needs. You will assist with daily activities, promote independence, and support personal growth in a respectful, safe environment.

We offer multiple shifts, a starting wage of 15.75 per hour for FT staff, and comprehensive benefits including health, vision, dental, 401(k), PTO, and paid training.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required
• Comfortable driving to transport persons served
• Patient, kind and dependable
• Excellent communication and teamwork
• Background clearance required

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on assistance, encouragement, mentoring, and guidance.
• Ensure the comfort, safety, and personal growth of individuals we serve.
• Assist with daily living tasks (moving, dressing, bathing, toileting, hygiene).
• Perform housekeeping and laundry duties.
