Job summary

Dungarvin inc is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) / Caregiver in Indiana to provide essential support and guidance to individuals with disabilities. The position offers a starting wage of $17.00-$20.00 per hour and comes with a $1500 sign-on bonus, along with benefits such as health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.

The ideal candidate will create a positive impact on clients' lives through hands-on assistance and support. Prior experience with high behaviors is preferred, along with strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Successful background clearance required.
• Preferred experience with high-intensity behaviors.
• Preferred experience in intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) or mental health.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on assistance and positive direction to individuals.
• Ensure comfort, safety, and personal growth of clients.
• Assist with daily living tasks such as dressing and personal hygiene.
• Perform housekeeping and laundry duties.
