Job summary

Abound Health is currently seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide caregiving and daily living support for individuals with IDD in Manalapan, NJ. You will assist with ADLs, community participation, and behavioral support to help clients live more independently.

This role offers flexible full- and part-time schedules, weekly pay, paid onboarding and training, and opportunities for advancement within a mission-driven team.

Qualifications

• Experience in caregiving is not required – paid training provided.
• Ability to pass background checks and transportation requirements.
• Compassionate, reliable and able to support individuals with IDD.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Assist with community participation, employment, and social activities.
• Build positive relationships and support clients in achieving goals.
• Document activities, maintain schedules, and communicate with care team.
• Support safety, administer care as needed, and participate in ongoing training.
