Abound Health is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) in Iselin, NJ to provide caregiving and daily living support for individuals with IDD. DSPs assist with ADLs, community participation, and behavioral support to help clients live independently.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license and automotive insurance.
• Ability to pass criminal, driving record, and healthcare registry checks.
• Paid training provided for working with individuals with disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support to help individuals build independence.
• Assist with daily living activities (meals, hygiene, household tasks).
• Support community participation, employment, and social activities.
• Use adaptive tools to aid learning and communication.
