RHA Health Services is hiring a Direct Support Professional to assist individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and those facing mental health or substance use challenges. The role emphasizes person-centered support, advocacy, and fostering independence in community settings.

The DSP works under supervision, helps with daily living skills, personal care, and coordinating with community resources. Training in CPR/first aid and ongoing education are provided where available.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and meet pre-employment screening.
• Able to advocate for individuals’ rights and empower self-advocacy.
• Ability to maintain accurate documentation and follow regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities
