Job summary

HELP Foundation is seeking Direct Support Professionals to provide compassionate care in Cleveland-area residential facilities. Under the supervision of the Site Leader, you will assist with daily living activities, health monitoring, medications administration, transportation, and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED and 1 year of work experience preferably in a care setting.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, charting and record-keeping skills.
• Background check including BCI and FBI required; CPR/First Aid certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily living support and activities for individuals in assigned residences.
• Administer medications and monitor health needs per care plans and MARS.
• Transport individuals to appointments and community activities; accompany to events.
• Maintain clean, safe facilities and document services provided to individuals.
• Assist with household tasks such as cooking, laundry, and chores.
• Ensure ISP and Behavior Support Plans are followed and report incidents as needed.
