Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of work experience in a care providing role or exposure to individuals with disabilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication charting skills.
• Ability to pass a background check including BCI and FBI.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals in everyday life skills and provide personal care.
• Accurately administer medication and follow documentation procedures.
• Transport individuals in agency vehicles to various locations.
