This role emphasizes daily routines, independence, safety, and community outings. No prior training required; on-the-job learning, flexible shifts, and sign-on bonuses for full-time positions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (Required)
• Valid AL driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• Willing to undergo background and drug screenings
• Able to speak, read, and write English fluently
• Physical ability to stretch, push, pull, kneel, reach, twist, walk, or stand up to eight hours and perform Safety Care duties

3:00pm – 11:00pm | Part-Time

$350 Sign-On Bonus for full-time positions!

No experience or prior training required! We’re looking for responsible, caring, and safety-conscious people ready to learn on the job. Pay is hourly with additional pay based on experience. Multiple shifts and locations available.
