Job summary

Progressive Healthcare Providers, LLC. is seeking Direct Support Professionals to assist individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a warm, home-like setting. No experience required; on-the-job training provided.

Pay is hourly with multiple shifts and part-time options. You will assist with routines, support independence, monitor health, participate in activities, and keep a welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid AL driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Willing to undergo background and drug screenings.
• Able to speak, read, and write English fluently.
• Physical ability to perform tasks for up to eight hours and assist with safety care duties.

No experience or prior training required! We’re looking for responsible, caring, and safety-conscious people ready to learn on the job. Pay is hourly with additional pay based on experience. Multiple shifts and locations available.
