Job summary

Triangle Disability & Autism Services is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) for Personal Health Care in Raleigh, NC. This part-time role supports an independent self-advocate with cerebral palsy in daily living and community activities.

Responsibilities include personal care, hygiene, mobility support, medication administration, transportation in a wheelchair-accessible van, and completing online documentation after each shift. Pay is $18.00 per hour with opportunities for extra hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
• Experience supporting individuals with personal and healthcare needs required.
• Staff gender preference: female staff preferred by client.

What You'll Do
