Job summary

Triangle Disability & Autism Services (TDAS) is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) for personal health care on a part-time basis. You will assist an independent self-advocate with cerebral palsy in daily living activities and community engagement, provide hands-on care (dressing, hygiene, mobility, medication), and transport using a wheelchair-accessible van.

Documentation is completed after each shift.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting individuals with personal and healthcare needs is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Individual prefers female staff only.

What You’ll Do

• Support an independent self-advocate with cerebral palsy in her daily living activities and community engagement

• Part-time: up to 28 hours/week
• Pay: $18.00/hour
• Extra hours available: Fill-in shifts for additional pay
