First Resources Corp. is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our Hourly Services team in Ottumwa, IA.

In this role, you will support individuals with disabilities to gain independence and participate in the community, assisting with daily living tasks and personal goals. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Flexible to work varied shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with daily living tasks such as hygiene, cooking, cleaning, and errands
• Support clients in achieving personal goals and participating in community activities
• Provide transportation to appointments and events
• Follow and document progress on Person Centered Service Plans (PCSPs)
• Maintain clear communication with supervisors and team members
