Job summary

First Resources Corp. is seeking compassionate and dependable Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our Hourly Services team in Sigourney, IA.

In this role, you'll assist individuals with disabilities in daily living skills and community involvement. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with daily living tasks (hygiene, cooking, cleaning, errands).
• Support clients in pursuing personal goals and participating in community activities.
• Provide transportation to appointments and events.
• Follow and document progress on Person Centered Service Plans (PCSPs).
• Maintain clear communication with supervisors and team members.
