St. John’s Community Services in Tennessee seeks a part-time Residential Support Specialist to assist individuals with disabilities in developing life skills, provide personal care, and support daily routines in the community.
Responsibilities include supervising health and safety, implementing ISP/BSP plans, documenting progress, transporting to appointments, and assisting with meals and household chores. A valid driver’s license and background check are required; multiple shifts available.

We are looking to add a Residential Support Specialist to our team. As a Support Specialist you will provide support to individuals with disabilities in developing and/or maintaining skills that will enhance the quality of their lives in the community; assist with personal care, household tasks and daily routines; perform other job-related duties as assigned.
