Job summary

Open Hands is seeking a compassionate Direct Support Professional to provide direct care and supervision to individuals with disabilities, helping them with daily activities and mobility. You will support behavior management, assist with personal care, transport clients to training and community activities, and help maintain a safe, respectful environment.

A valid driver’s license and insurance are required, with at least one year of related experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• At least 1 year of professional experience.
• Valid Driver’s License & Active Car Insurance.
• Good communication skills (written & oral).
